Origins Ayurveda Events

Workshops, Retreats, and Seasonal Cleanses

Ayurveda teaches us that healing happens in rhythm—with nature, with the seasons, and with ourselves. Our events are designed to honor those rhythms while making Ayurvedic wisdom practical and approachable for everyday life.

Whether you're joining a seasonal cleanse, learning how to support your nervous system through food and ritual, or simply curious about Ayurvedic living, these gatherings offer space to slow down, reconnect, and learn in community.

Most events are offered in-person and online, with options for both newcomers and returning clients. You don’t need to know anything about Ayurveda to participate—just a willingness to explore.

Seasonal Cleanses

Our bodies are designed to adapt to each season; however, modern living has disconnected us from our natural rhythms. A seasonal cleanse can help restore your body’s natural balance as you transition into a new season.

Spring Cleanse

Designed to release the excess heaviness and stagnation that can build up over winter. This guided cleanse includes a simplified food plan, gentle digestive herbs, and daily rituals that support water elimination, clarity, and renewal. Offered in-person and virtually with group support.

Summer Cleanse

This cleanse focuses on cooling and calming the body after months of heat and intensity. You’ll receive tailored guidance on foods, herbs, and routines that soothe inflammation, support sleep, and protect against burnout as the seasons shift.
