Welcome to Origins Ayurveda. By booking a consultation, therapy, workshop, retreat, or online program, you agree to the following terms:

Services

Origins Ayurveda provides Ayurvedic consultations, therapies, workshops, retreats, seasonal cleanses, and related wellness services. These are educational and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for medical care. Please consult a licensed physician for medical concerns.

Bookings & Payment

• All bookings are confirmed via email.

• Payment is handled separately through an invoice. Full payment must be received before the service begins.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded.

• No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service or workshop.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients agree to provide accurate health information relevant to receiving Ayurvedic services.

• Clients understand that Ayurveda is complementary and does not replace medical treatment.

Liability

Origins Ayurveda is not liable for:

• Any direct or indirect consequences of applying recommendations.

• Injuries sustained during yoga or bodywork practices, unless caused by negligence.

Intellectual Property

All website content, workshop materials, and program content are owned by Origins Ayurveda and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands and the European Union.
