Hands-On Therapies to Support Healing from the Outside In

Once your digestion and nervous system are better supported, certain Ayurvedic therapies may be recommended to help eliminate toxins, alleviate pain, or promote more profound relaxation. Regardless of whether you have a current package or not, each treatment begins with a brief intake to ensure it’s appropriate for your current state and to select the right oils or herbs.

A full-body massage using warm, herbal oils customized to your constitution. This deeply grounding therapy supports circulation, nourishes tissues, and calms the nervous system, making it ideal for alleviating stress, fatigue, or feelings of disconnection from your body.
After an oil application, the body is gently enveloped in herbal steam to promote sweating and open natural detox pathways. Swedana helps move toxins, relieve heaviness, and support respiratory and circulatory health.
This invigorating dry massage uses powdered herbs to exfoliate the skin and stimulate circulation. Traditionally used to help reduce sluggishness, alleviate water retention, and improve lymphatic flow.
Localized oil therapies. Basti treatments use warm, medicated oil over a specific area of the body to deeply nourish tissues and relieve discomfort. Depending on your needs, this treatment may focus on the lower back (Kati Basti), knees (Janu Basti), or neck (Greeva Basti). These therapies ease stiffness, support joint health, and restore structural stability.
Heated boluses of rice or herbs are applied to the body in rhythmic motions. Ideal for individuals experiencing muscular pain, fatigue, or inflammation, this therapy soothes soreness while also deeply nourishing the affected tissues.
A calming therapy for the head and nervous system. Warm herbal oil is applied to the crown of the head and left in place to help ease migraines, tension, and sleep disturbances. It is especially useful during periods of high stress or recovery.
